Evaluation Conclusion

During my practicum at Webster Elementary in the Marshfield R‑1 School District, I was proud to receive an outstanding evaluation that reflected my dedication to teaching. My cooperating teacher recognized my professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to build strong relationships with students. I consistently demonstrated patience, care, and respect, and I loved seeing how much the students enjoyed working with me. I was also commended for my maturity, ethical conduct, and willingness to learn, which allowed me to grow throughout the experience.
I was especially proud of the feedback highlighting my problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. I took initiative in the classroom, stepping in to support students when needed and observing their strengths and challenges so I could provide meaningful help. My cooperating teacher noted my passion for education and affirmed that teaching is the right career path for me. This evaluation, which awarded me a perfect score of 100, reinforced my commitment to creating supportive, inclusive classrooms where every child can thrive.
